Affidavit of Thomas Robinson of due execution of the Articles of Clerkship
Filed this 3rd Day of October 1831

In the Kings Bench
Thomas Robinson Clerk to William Makinson and
Thomas Sanders of the Middle Temple London Gentlemen
maketh oath and saith that by Articles of Agreement
bearing date the tenth day of June last past and made
between William Makinson of No. 3 Elm Court Middle
Temple London Gentleman one of the Attornies of his
Majetsy's Courts of Kings Bench and Common Pleas at
Westminster and a sloicitor in the High Court of Chancery
of the one part and William Gee of Bishop Stortford in
the County of Hertford Gentleman and Samuel Gee son
of the said William Gee of the other part the said Samuel
Gee for the considerations there in mentioned did put place
and bind himself Clerk to the said William Mackinson
to serve him in the profession of an attorney at law
and Solicitor in Chancery from the day of the date of the
said Articles for the term of Five YEars from thence next
ensuing and fully to be complete and ended and which
said Articles were in due form of law executed by the
said William Makinson William Gee and Samuel Gee
in the presence of this deponent and John Rhodes Clerk to
the said William Makinson and Thomas Sanders and
the names of "Thos Robinson" and "John Rhodes" set and
subscribed as witnesses to the execution there of are of
the proper handwriting of this deponent and the said
John Rhodes

Sworn at my Chambers in Serjeants Inn Chancery Lane
this third day of October 1831
