1878 May 9th Agreement for division of property.:
Son Frederick Leonard to pay off mortgage and have residue; homestead, outbuildings, brickyards, business effects and stock. If he died childless division among brothers and sisters with provission for his widow.
Widow of George, Eliza, to have 3 shillings a week till mortgage was paid off, then 10 shillings a week, 2 rooms and own furniture, fruit and vegetables, use of horse and cart occasionally; if she remarries only 5 shillings a week, if she is ill Frederick is to provide proper attendance and nourishment. He is to pay her back £9 lent by her.
Son Charles to Have Meadow and road to it adjoining his property and a freehold by Burley Road, Thorney Hill, adjoining the lands of William Phillips and Henry Broomfield.
Daughter Keturah to have £50
Son Hiram Arthur to have 2 small meadows adjoining the land of James Lambert and Andrew James.
Son Albert to have £30.
