A CHILD KILLED - Wednesday afternoon a litle child named Ella Louisa Hart, two years of age, daughter of
Henry Hart, of Parkstone, was knocked down and killed nearly opposite the residence of her parents through
being run over by heavily laden two horse baker's cart belonging to Mr. H. Burden of Longfleet, which at the
time was in chrage of two men named Ballard and Burrows, who were engaged in delivering bread. She was picked
up quite dead. The poor little thing at the time of the occurence was playing with another child, who miraculously
escaped a similar fate.

FATAL ACCIDENT - Mr. G.B.Aldridge, coroner, held an inquest on Thursday at the Sloop Inn, Parkstone, touching
the death of Emma Louisa Hart, aged two years, daughter of Henry Hart, paviour, of ????? On the previous
afternoon Mrs. Hart had received some bread from a van belonging to Mr. H. Burden, grocer, Longfleet and at this
time the deceased and other children were playing by the side of the road. When the van started again the
deceased got in the way and was run over and killed, another child having a narrow escape from a similar fate.
A Verdict of Accidental death was returned.
