Edward John FUDGE died in the First World War at Ypres 13 May 1915 - His death is recorded in Panel 35 of the Menin Gate. A book held at the gate has the following entry :-
Fudge, Private, EDWARD JOHN, 3/1903. "C" Coy, 1st Bn. Hampshire Regiment. 13th May 1915. Age 28
Husband of Harriett Ella Stokes (formerly Fudge), of 75, Norton Buildings, Lagland St. Poole, Dorset. Panel 35.
