All friends of Harry Wincott, the veteran songwriter, will learn with regret of the death on Thursday last January 14th of his wife after a long and painful illness. Mrs Wincott's end was doubtless hastened by the great blow she received in March of last year when Mr and Mrs Wincott's youngest daughter, aged 19, was burnt to death.
