Stage 17 The Flat RoofI have always hated flat roofs but there was no way that it could be avoided so instead of a normal mineral roof a fibreglass one was put in place - a fantastic job which should last a good few years more than your standard flat roof - even if it did mean that they started at 7.00 on Sunday morning |

Stage 18 The Finishing of the Flat RoofAfter the main part of the fibreglass being laid on Sunday the tiles were installed over the "weep" holes and the ridge tiles were put in place - the fibreglass was then laid out of the weeps and over the tiles - a great job!!! |

Stage 19 The Scaffolding is RemovedNow the roof is almost complete - it is time to take down the scaffolding and start to reveal what the finished product might look like!!! |

Stage 20 In go the WindowsNext the windows were fitted - well most of them - the one for the kitchen was measured on the wrong opening as it would not have allowed for a splash back - so the brickie came back to increase the height of the sill - but it means we have to wait for a new window |
