The Roof Plan
Below is the Roof Plan - as you can see we have ended up with a bit of a flat roof,
we did not have any choice in the end as to have a full pitch roof for the extension
would have meant that the back bedroom window would have been covered up!!! However,
the flat bit will not be too large and we have arranged for it to be made of fibre glass
so with a bit of luck it should not leak ever - at least it will be better than the
normal mineral roof covering.
To bring more light into the new room we have a number of Velux windows and a roof
light in the flat roof section.
